OwnFlow uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic API keys. Your code is never stored on OwnFlow's servers — it stays in your GitHub repositories. We help configure GitHub OAuth scopes to limit access to only what's needed. Enterprise clients can use on-premise deployment for maximum data sovereignty.
Most AI tools give your engineers a smarter autocomplete — they still need to manage the workflow manually. OwnFlow is different because the AI is part of the team structure, not a plugin. Max (AI Project Manager) actively manages sprint planning, task assignment, and progress tracking. We also provide implementation support — we don't just hand you a tool and walk away.
Before starting, we establish your baseline: sprint velocity (story points shipped per sprint), hours spent on planning, and number of tickets closed per cycle. After 30 days, we measure the same metrics. Our target: 2× sprint velocity and 50%+ reduction in planning time. If we don't hit 2× velocity, we continue working at no additional cost until we do.
Implementation takes 10–14 days. From your side, we need: one technical contact with GitHub admin access (3–4 hours total), your Engineering Manager or Team Lead for two 90-minute sessions, and API keys for OpenAI or Anthropic.
