Volodymyr Kotsur

Hi, I’m Vladimir, and I work as a Senior Automation QA Engineer at OSKI

My core specialization lies in designing test automation frameworks from scratch and optimizing legacy codebases. I help development teams achieve faster time-to-market and flawless user experiences through comprehensive Mobile, Web UI, and Backend testing. In my work, I follow a logic-driven, scalable approach to quality, ensuring that every layer of the application performs reliably under pressure.

With 5 years of hands-on experience, my technical expertise is heavily centered around Java and JavaScript. I bridge the gap between pure code and overarching system architecture, which allows me to build automation solutions that are maintainable and adapt seamlessly to evolving product requirements.

My greatest strength is the ability to apply analytical logic to align technical execution with overarching business goals. When integrating QA processes, I focus on:

Deeply analyzing the system architecture to identify potential bottlenecks.

Building effective, scalable automation strategies rather than just writing scripts.

Ensuring complete transparency in test reporting and product delivery.

Driving clear technical decisions that prevent critical failures in production.

Over the years, I have worked across large-scale E-commerce, complex Telecom infrastructures, and high-load EdTech (e-learning) platforms. My primary goal has always been to elevate software reliability and overall team efficiency.

Outside of tech, my interests range from science and automotive engineering to staying active in sports—hobbies that keep me grounded in practical physics and logic.
