Hi, I’m Roman Oleksiuk, and I serve as CTO at Oski Solutions — a technology-driven company where we design and implement software solutions that help businesses streamline operations and grow sustainably. I focus on aligning technology with business goals to deliver real value.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across roles from Software Developer to Technical Lead and Project Manager, using technologies such as C#, .NET, WPF, ASP.NET, MSSQL, PowerBuilder, Sybase ASA, DevExpress, JavaScript, and Oracle. I’ve led projects involving complex architecture, database optimization, and enterprise applications, balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
