Andrii Khodakivskyi
Hi, I'm Andrii, a Software Developer at OSKI.
I enjoy building systems that are designed to stay clear, scalable, and maintainable even as they grow in complexity. My focus goes beyond implementation - I'm deeply interested in the architectural decisions, trade-offs, and design principles that define how software behaves over time.
To me, strong engineering is about controlling complexity: creating clarity where things tend to become messy, making deliberate trade-offs, and solving the right problems instead of just delivering features. I value systems that are predictable, maintainable, and resilient in real-world use.
I'm particularly drawn to how software systems evolve - not only from a technical perspective, but also in how they scale across teams, processes, and changing requirements. I enjoy thinking in terms of long-term structure rather than short-term solutions.
Although I'm still early in my career, I approach engineering with a strong sense of ownership and a systems-first mindset. Every project is an opportunity to refine how I think about software design, architecture, and the principles behind building reliable products at scale.
