Hi, I’m Andrii Polchanov, a CFO specializing in IT outsourcing companies, helping founders improve profitability, cash flow, and financial transparency.

With more than five years of experience in IT finance and over fifteen years in academia, I have developed expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), managerial accounting, treasury management, budgeting, profitability analysis, and ERP implementation and automation.

What differentiates me is the ability to bridge finance and business operations. Having hands-on experience in the IT outsourcing industry, I understand both the financial and operational challenges companies face and help transform financial data into practical business decisions.
